How to Request Deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted:

1. Send an email to support.edulitics@gmail.com from the email address registered with your Edulitics account.
2. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
3. Include your registered email address (and name) so we can verify the request.

Alternatively, you can submit the same request through our contact page. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

On a verified request, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your account and contact details (email, name, phone number).
• Your study data (syllabus progress, study sessions, revision status, test scores, and diary notes).
• Your profile and onboarding information.

What Data May Be Kept

We may retain a limited subset of data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Records needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you.
• Data held by your coaching centre under its own records, if you joined through a coaching centre. Please contact your coaching centre directly regarding data held by them.

Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose above, after which it is deleted.
