Information We Collect

Edulitics collects account, contact, academic, payment, uploaded file, and study-progress information needed to provide option-form recommendations, CET checking, LearnTrack features, reports, coaching dashboards, support, and billing.

• Account & contact: email address, name, and phone number used to create and secure your account.
• Academic & study progress: syllabus progress, study sessions, revision status, and test scores you record in the app.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and basic performance data to keep the app reliable.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Generate and deliver admission, CET, and study reports.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, refunds, and support requests.
• Provide coaching-centre dashboards using consented or aggregated student data.
• Improve reliability, security, analytics, and product quality.

Sharing and Storage

We share data with service providers only as needed for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, storage, analytics, and support. Reports and uploads may be stored in secure application storage or S3 when configured.

Student and Coaching Data

Coaching dashboards should use authorized centre access and consented or aggregated student data. Individual student records remain scoped to the authenticated student, authorized coaching context, or internal support workflows.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use third-party crash-reporting and diagnostics tools (such as Sentry) to detect and fix errors and improve reliability. These tools may process technical data like device model, operating system version, and crash traces. They are not used for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time through the contact page. On a verified request we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Data shared with your coaching centre may be retained by that centre under its own records.

Children’s and Teens’ Privacy

Edulitics is intended for students preparing for higher-education entrance exams and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Students aged 13–17 should use Edulitics with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or their coaching centre. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
